Company tools and access

Manage team access and use the MiOS World company tools included with your role.

Team and account

The account owner manages team accounts in Company → Team & access. Everyone can use My account for their own name, password, and devices. Your access determines which areas appear, and World also checks your access when an action runs.

Websites, portals, and SOPs

Authorized people can work with company Websites and client Portals. Review the client and access level before you invite someone or publish a change. SOPs hold company procedures; use the version visible in your workspace for current practice.

Studio

Studio supports creative work in the areas enabled for your account.

Owner-only work

Books and Payroll are available to the account owner only.
