Stay on top of showings, leads, and paperwork

Hand MiOSbot the reading, scheduling, and drafting between showings, and keep your attention on clients.

Things you could text it today

  • Summarize this purchase agreement and list every date and dollar amount in it.
  • When am I free for a one-hour showing Thursday or Friday?
  • Find recent news about the new school boundaries on the north side, from the past month only.
  • Create three wide banner options for the open house on Maple Avenue.
  • Every Monday at 8 AM, summarize last week's new leads in a table.

Dates and numbers pulled out

Attach an agreement, disclosure, or inspection report and MiOSbot lists the deadlines, amounts, and terms so you can check them against the original.

A calendar that keeps up

MiOSbot finds open times, books events on your connected calendar, and asks before it sends an invitation to anyone else.

Research with sources

Neighborhood questions come back with links to the pages MiOSbot read, so you can verify before you share them with a client.

A day with MiOSbot

This is an example of how one agent might use MiOSbot. Your day will look different.

7:45 AM. A weekday automation sends you a short brief of today’s meetings and anything overdue. On Mondays, a second one summarizes last week’s new leads in a table.

9:30 AM. A buyer’s agent sends a counteroffer. You attach the PDF in a MiOSbot session and ask it to summarize the agreement and list every date and dollar amount. Then you ask: “Show me what changed between this version and the one we sent Tuesday.” MiOSbot creates a side-by-side comparison you can read through.

11:00 AM. Between showings, you text MiOSbot: “When am I free for a one-hour showing Thursday or Friday?” It checks your connected calendar and texts back open times. You pick one, and MiOSbot asks for your approval before it sends the invitation to the buyers.

1:00 PM. A family relocating from out of state asks about the north side. You ask MiOSbot to research recent news about school boundaries, limited to the past month. It answers with a summary and links to its sources.

3:30 PM. You ask for three banner images for Saturday’s open house. They arrive in the session when they’re ready, and you ask for one change to the colors.

5:00 PM. You join a lender call on Google Meet and ask MiOSbot to join and just take notes. Afterward, you ask for the action items, then have MiOSbot draft a recap email to your clients. You edit it in the session, and when you ask MiOSbot to send it, it shows you the recipients and a preview and waits for your approval.

What you stay in control of

  • Approvals. Invitations, emails sent on your behalf, and anything involving money wait for your decision. See Approvals.
  • Drafts stay drafts. A client email isn’t sent until you approve it or send it yourself.
  • Meeting consent. MiOSbot doesn’t announce itself in a meeting. Tell participants it’s taking notes, and follow the recording rules that apply to you.
  • Access. Your connected mailbox and calendar work only for you, even if teammates can message MiOSbot.
