A newer build is not listed

The official World download page is the release authority. An app under active development may not yet be packaged or approved for download. Refresh that page; do not guess a versioned DMG URL or use an older installer as proof that the new build is available.

The button opens a release page

This is intentional. The release page provides the available installer and verification details so the marketing website does not send you to a stale build. Select Download for Mac there.

The download stops

Check free disk space and your network connection, then download again from the official source. Remove incomplete copies before comparing checksums. If the release page itself is unavailable, use World in your browser and report the URL and time of the failure.

The wrong app opens

World and MiOSbot are separate products. Check the app name in Applications and the destination on the downloads page. World is the CRM and business workspace; MiOSbot is the assistant.

Report a useful issue

Include the page URL, app version if known, macOS version, exact error text, and when it happened. Never include passwords, session tokens, or private customer records. Contact the team.
