Read PDFs and attachments

Attach a document to your message, or share a link to it, and tell MiOSbot what you need.

Example requests:

• “Summarize this lease and list every date and dollar amount in it.”
• “Compare these three supplier quotes and tell me which is cheapest per unit.”
• “Read pages 4 to 9 of this report and pull out the key findings.”
• “Open this password-protected statement and list the invoice totals.” (Include the document’s password when MiOSbot asks.)

Limits

For scanned pages with little text, MiOSbot reads the page as an image. If a document is only partly read because of these limits, MiOSbot tells you.

Create files

Ask MiOSbot to write something as a file instead of a chat reply.

• “Draft a one-page welcome guide for new staff and save it as a file.”
• “Turn this price list into a CSV file.”

Open the files panel in the session to see and copy the files MiOSbot creates.

Compare two versions

Ask MiOSbot to show what changed between two versions of a text, such as a contract, policy, or web page copy.

• “Show me what changed between the old and new versions of our refund policy.”

MiOSbot creates a read-only, side-by-side or line-by-line view of the changes. It can also create the comparison as an image or PDF to share. Comparison links expire, after 30 minutes by default.

Build a report

Ask MiOSbot to turn results into a report with numbers, tables, and charts.

• “Make a report of last month’s bookings by week, with a chart.”

MiOSbot adds the report to the session dashboard. Open the dashboard panel in the session to see it. Dashboards from your sessions are also listed together, so you can search and reopen them later.

Requirements

• Results depend on the models available in your workspace.
• Check figures MiOSbot extracts from documents against the original before you rely on them.
