What waits for your approval

MiOSbot does ordinary work on its own, such as research, drafts, notes, and reports. Before some sensitive actions, it stops and asks you first.

Action	When it asks
Payments, invoices, refunds, and other money moves	Always, except when the workspace owner asks for the payment directly in their own chat. Then the request itself counts as the yes.
Deleting many items at once	Always
Sending emails, texts, or messages for you	When MiOSbot works unattended, such as in an automation or a helper task. It can also ask during a chat, depending on your workspace settings.
Deleting, publishing, or posting outside your workspace	Same as sending
Changing settings or access in your outside accounts	Same as sending

MiOSbot logs each sensitive action in plain words.

Important: MiOSbot doesn’t pay anyone unless the owner asked for it or approved it. A payment service you connect may also ask you to confirm in its own app.

Where requests appear

• In the session. The session shows Waiting for approval, and an approval card appears in the conversation.
• In your Inbox. Open Inbox in the sidebar and select Approvals to see every waiting request across sessions.
• As a notification. To get alerts when you’re on another tab, turn on notifications in Settings, then Notifications.

Decide on a request

The approval card says what MiOSbot wants to do. For example, “Pays 250.00 USD to Acme Supplies” or “Sends to 3 recipients.”

1. Read the summary. Select Details to see more.
2. Choose one:
   • Allow once: run this request only.
   • Always allow: run this request and stop asking for this exact action.
   • Deny: block it. MiOSbot doesn’t continue with that step.

Some requests offer only Allow once and Deny.

Keep these rules in mind:

• The first answer wins. If you answer on one screen, the request is resolved everywhere else.
• Requests expire. If nobody answers before the deadline, the request is denied.
• Some people can only review. If a card says Review only, your account can see the request but can’t decide on it. Ask someone with approval access.

Questions MiOSbot asks you

Sometimes MiOSbot needs a choice rather than an approval. For example, “Which of these two quotes should I send?” The session shows Waiting for your answer. Pick an option, or type your own answer, then select Submit.

Set how much MiOSbot does on its own

Each session has a Permissions setting. It controls how far MiOSbot can go before someone reviews its work. See Models, permissions, and usage.

The payment rules above apply whatever the setting.

• “What needs my approval right now?”
• “Pay the March invoice from Brightline once I approve it.”
• “Draft replies to today’s leads, but don’t send anything until I say so.”
