Keep jobs moving while you're out on site
Text MiOSbot the office work between jobs, and come back to drafts, answers, and reminders that are ready for you.
Things you could text it today
Every weekday at 6:30 AM, send me today's meetings and anything overdue.

A day with MiOSbot
This is an example of how a small contractor might use MiOSbot. Your day will look different.
6:30 AM. Before the crew rolls out, a scheduled automation sends you a short brief: today’s appointments and anything overdue. You set it up once by asking for it in plain words.
9:15 AM. On a roof, you realize you’re short on shingles. You text MiOSbot: “Find three suppliers near Elm Street that stock 30-year architectural shingles and compare their prices.” It searches the web, reads the supplier pages, and texts back a short comparison with links you can check.
11:00 AM. The next job is running late. You ask MiOSbot to call the homeowner from your workspace’s connected phone number and tell them the crew will arrive after lunch. Depending on your session’s permission setting, MiOSbot shows you the number first and dials after you approve.
2:30 PM. A homeowner sends a signed scope change as a PDF. You attach it in a new email to MiOSbot’s connected address and ask it to summarize it and list every date and dollar amount.
6:00 PM. Back at the kitchen table, you ask MiOSbot to draft follow-ups for last week’s unanswered quotes. With your mailbox connected, it saves drafts for you to edit and send. You also ask it to book an estimate visit for Thursday; because the event invites someone else, MiOSbot asks for your approval before it sends the calendar invitation.
If your team works in MiOS World, your office manager can turn the estimate into a proposal in Documents and create a signing link once the details are right.
What you stay in control of
- Approvals. Payments always wait for a yes. Sending email, placing calls, and sending invitations on your behalf ask first when MiOSbot works unattended, and can ask in chat too, depending on your permission settings. See Approvals.
- Drafts stay drafts. A drafted reply sits in your mailbox until you send it.
- Access. New people can’t use MiOSbot just by texting its number. Your admin approves them first, and nobody else can use your connected mailbox or calendar.
