Keep the showroom and service lane moving

Let MiOSbot make the routine calls, draft the replies, and check the market, while your team stays with customers on the lot.

Things you could text it today

  • Call +1 555 010 0142 and tell them their car is ready for pickup after 3 PM today.
  • Draft replies to this morning's leads, but don't send anything until I say so.
  • Check these three dealer websites and list their advertised prices on used midsize pickups.
  • Make a report of this month's service appointments by week, with a chart, from the file I attached.
  • Every weekday at 7:30 AM, send me a short brief of today's meetings and anything overdue.

Routine calls handled

MiOSbot can deliver a pickup notice by phone, or hold a short conversation to confirm a time, from your workspace's connected number.

Lead replies ready to review

Replies are drafted in your mailbox so a salesperson can edit and send them, instead of starting from a blank message.

Market checks without the tabs

MiOSbot reads competitor listings in its own browser and returns a table with links, so you can see where your pricing sits.

A day with MiOSbot

This is an example of how a dealership manager might use MiOSbot. Your day will look different.

7:30 AM. A weekday automation sends you a short brief of today’s meetings and anything overdue before the doors open.

8:15 AM. Overnight leads came in by email. You ask MiOSbot to draft replies to each, but not to send anything. With your mailbox connected, MiOSbot saves the drafts, and your sales team edits and sends them.

10:00 AM. You want to know how your used pickups compare. You ask MiOSbot to check three nearby dealers’ sites. It uses its own browser to read their listings and returns a table with prices and links. You can open the browser panel to watch as it works.

1:30 PM. Three service customers’ cars are ready. You ask MiOSbot to call each one with a pickup notice. For one customer, you want a time confirmed, so MiOSbot holds a short conversation call and tells you what they said. Calls follow your session’s permission setting, so MiOSbot may show you each number before it dials.

3:00 PM. You attach this month’s service appointment export and ask for a report by week with a chart. MiOSbot adds it to the session dashboard, where you can find it again later.

5:30 PM. Before you leave, you ask MiOSbot to create a square image announcing Saturday’s service special. You review it and ask for a version with a plainer background.

What you stay in control of

  • Approvals. Payments and refunds always wait for an approval. Emails, calls, and messages sent on your behalf ask first when MiOSbot works unattended, and in chat depending on your permission settings. See Approvals.
  • Drafts stay drafts. Nothing goes to a customer until someone on your team sends it.
  • Calling rules. Follow the consent rules for automated calls where you and your customers are located.
  • Access. Each connected mailbox and calendar works only for its owner.
