A day with MiOSbot

This is an example of how a small shop owner might use MiOSbot. Your day will look different.

8:00 AM. A weekday automation sends you a brief of today’s meetings and anything overdue.

9:00 AM. New stock arrived. You attach phone photos of three products and ask MiOSbot to put each on a plain white background, square, as PNG files. You review them before you add them to your listings.

10:30 AM. You ask MiOSbot to check your supplier’s current price for a best seller. It opens the site in its own browser. The price list is behind a login, so you open the browser panel and sign in yourself. MiOSbot continues and reports the price. You never paste a password into chat.

12:00 PM. You ask MiOSbot to open your online store and check every link in the menu. It tells you one category page is missing and shares a screenshot.

2:00 PM. You ask for a 120-word spring sale email to customers. MiOSbot drafts it in the session. You tighten the wording and copy it into the tool you use for customer newsletters. For one-off emails, MiOSbot can send from your connected mailbox after you approve the recipients and preview.

3:30 PM. You attach last month’s orders export and ask for a weekly report with a chart. MiOSbot adds it to the session dashboard. You ask it to add a table of the top ten items.

6:00 PM. You ask MiOSbot to research how three competing shops price a product you carry, and to put their prices and links in a table.

What you stay in control of

• Approvals. Refunds, payments, and other money actions always wait for an approval. Emails and messages sent for you follow your approval rules and permission settings.
• Where MiOSbot stops. Tell it “add it to the cart but don’t check out” or “fill in the form but don’t submit,” and it pauses for you to review.
• Your sign-ins. You sign in to sites yourself. MiOSbot’s browser is separate from yours and doesn’t see your saved passwords.
