Docs What it can do

Search and read the web

Ask MiOSbot to search the web, read pages, and summarize what it finds, with sources you can check.

Ask for research in chat

Tell MiOSbot what you want to know. It searches the web, reads the most relevant pages, and answers with links to its sources.

Example requests:

  • “Find the three biggest commercial cleaning companies in Austin and list their websites.”
  • “What changed in the latest small-business tax deadlines? Only use results from the past month.”
  • “Read this article and give me the five main points: https://example.com/article”
  • “Compare pricing pages for these two scheduling tools and put the plans in a table.”

What happens

  1. MiOSbot runs one or more web searches and shows them in the session.
  2. It opens and reads the pages that look most useful.
  3. It replies with an answer, a summary, or a table, plus links to the pages it used.

Say what you want in your request. MiOSbot can limit results by:

  • Time: the past day, week, month, or year, or a date range.
  • Website: only results from specific sites.
  • Country and language: results for a region or in a specific language.

Limits

  • Fast page reading fetches the page’s text only. It doesn’t run sign-ins or interactive page features. For sites that need you to sign in, or pages that load content as you click, MiOSbot uses its browser.
  • Very long pages may be shortened. Ask MiOSbot to focus on a section if you need detail from a long page.
  • Check important facts against the linked sources before you rely on them.
