Download and verify
-
Go to the Download page and, under MiOS World for Mac, select Download for Mac.
-
Optional but recommended: open Terminal and check the file’s checksum:
shasum -a 256 ~/Downloads/miOS-World-1.0.0-166.dmg -
Compare the output with the SHA-256 value above. If the values don’t match, don’t open the file; download it again from the Download page.
Important: Install only the file from the Download page. Don’t install a file shared through a chat or an unverified mirror.
Install and open
- Open the downloaded disk image and drag miOS World to Applications.
- Open miOS World from Applications. macOS may block the first launch.
- If macOS blocks it, open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll to Security, select Open Anyway, and then confirm Open. Do this only for the installer from the Download page after you check its details. See Apple’s instructions.
- Sign in with your company Google account.
Using World for Mac
- Closing the window hides it; World keeps running so you still get notifications. Click the Dock icon to bring the window back, and press Command-Q to quit.
- World notifications appear as Mac notifications, and the unread count shows on the Dock icon.
- Open at Login is on by default. Turn it off from the app menu.
If sign-in or calls don’t work, use World in your browser and email cw@apex-intel.co.
