Keep client work organized and follow-ups on time

Give MiOSbot the reading, scheduling, and reminder work around each engagement, and keep your judgment for the client.

Things you could text it today

  • Summarize the attached engagement letter and list anything I should negotiate.
  • Find a 45-minute slot with alex@example.com and sam@example.com before Friday.
  • Remember that the Harbor Street client prefers phone calls and is only available on Tuesdays.
  • On the first of each month, draft a reminder email to clients with open invoices.
  • Read pages 4 to 9 of this report and pull out the key findings.

Long documents, shorter reads

MiOSbot reads up to 10 PDFs in one request and pulls out the dates, amounts, and clauses you ask about, so you know where to look first.

Client context that carries over

Ask MiOSbot to remember client preferences and decisions, then check, correct, or remove what it saved.

Reminders on a schedule

Monthly and weekly reminders run as automations, and anything they would send to a client waits for your approval.

A day with MiOSbot

This is an example of how a small firm might use MiOSbot. Your day will look different.

8:00 AM. A weekday automation sends you a brief of today’s meetings and anything overdue.

9:00 AM. A prospective client sends an engagement letter and two prior-year statements. You attach all three in a MiOSbot session and ask it to summarize the letter and list every date and dollar amount in the statements. If a statement is password-protected, MiOSbot asks for the password. You check the figures against the originals before you rely on them.

10:30 AM. You need a meeting with two people at the client. You ask MiOSbot to find a 45-minute slot before Friday. It checks your connected calendar, and tells you whose availability it couldn’t check if their calendars aren’t shared with you. You pick a time and add a Google Meet link, and MiOSbot asks for your approval before it sends the invitation.

1:00 PM. On the call, MiOSbot joins to take notes after you’ve told everyone it’s transcribing. Afterward, you ask for the decisions and action items, then ask MiOSbot to remember that this client prefers phone calls and Tuesday meetings.

3:00 PM. A regulator updated guidance your clients ask about. You ask MiOSbot to find and summarize what changed, using only results from the past month, with links to the sources.

5:00 PM. You ask MiOSbot to set up a monthly automation that drafts reminder emails to clients with open invoices. Each month it posts the drafts for you to review, and any email it sends for you waits for your approval. In MiOS World, service agreements, NDAs, and statements of work start from templates in Documents and go out with a signing link.

What you stay in control of

  • Your professional judgment. MiOSbot can make mistakes. Treat its summaries as a starting point, and review anything before it goes to a client.
  • Approvals. Emails, invitations, and money actions follow your approval rules and permission settings.
  • Sensitive conversations. Start a session with Incognito turned on when you don’t want it kept long-term. See Sessions and folders.
  • Access. Your connected mailbox and calendar work only for you, and in World, people see only the areas their account includes.
