Handle supplier calls, specials, and schedules faster

A day with MiOSbot

This is an example of how a restaurant owner might use MiOSbot. Your day will look different.

7:00 AM. A scheduled automation sends you today’s meetings and anything overdue before prep starts.

9:00 AM. Friday’s produce delivery usually arrives too late. You text MiOSbot and ask it to call the supplier and ask whether the drop can come before 10. MiOSbot holds a short conversation call and texts you the answer. Depending on your permission setting, it shows you the number and asks before it dials.

11:00 AM. Two linen services and your current one sent quotes. You attach the three PDFs and ask MiOSbot to compare them per week, including delivery days and minimum terms. It answers with a table, and you check the totals against the quotes.

2:30 PM. In the lull between lunch and dinner, you ask for a square image of tonight’s special for Instagram. MiOSbot posts three options in the session. You ask for warmer lighting on the second one.

3:30 PM. Your usual bakery can’t make early deliveries next week. You ask MiOSbot to find three bakeries within 10 miles that deliver before 7 AM. It returns a list with websites, and you ask it to add their phone numbers.

10:30 PM. After close, you ask MiOSbot to remind you every Sunday at 4 PM to post the staff schedule, and to draft a reply to a private event inquiry that came in by email. The draft waits in your mailbox for you to read in the morning.

What you stay in control of

• Approvals. Payments to vendors always wait for an approval, and emails, calls, and messages sent for you follow your approval rules and permission settings.
• What gets posted. Generated images are drafts. Review them before you publish, and make sure they match what you actually serve.
• Who can text MiOSbot. Staff can’t use it just by finding the number. Your admin approves each person first.
