This is an example of how a practice office manager might use MiOSbot. Your day will look different.

7:00 AM. A weekday automation sends you a short brief of today’s meetings and anything overdue.

8:30 AM. You want to hold a staff meeting about the new phone schedule. You ask MiOSbot to find an hour next week with two teammates. It checks your connected calendar and your teammates’ availability, then asks for your approval before it sends the invitation.

10:00 AM. Three vendors sent quotes for gloves and office supplies. You attach the PDFs and ask MiOSbot to compare them per box, including delivery terms. You check the figures against the quotes before you place an order.

12:30 PM. A front-desk colleague says the online booking link looks broken. You ask MiOSbot to open the booking page and check every link in the menu. It works in its own browser, tells you which link fails, and shares a screenshot you can pass to whoever manages your website.

2:00 PM. You ask MiOSbot to draft the holiday closure notice. It writes the draft in the session, and you edit the wording before anyone sends it. If you ask MiOSbot to send it from your mailbox, it shows you the recipients and a preview, and waits for your approval.

4:30 PM. You ask MiOSbot to research three phone system providers for a small office and compare monthly cost and setup fees in a table, with links to each pricing page.

5:00 PM. You ask MiOSbot to remember that the office closes at noon on Fridays, so later drafts get the hours right.

What you stay in control of

• Approvals. Emails and invitations sent for you, and anything involving money, follow your approval rules and permission settings.
• Drafts stay drafts. A notice stays a draft until you approve sending it or send it yourself.
• What you share. MiOSbot works with what you give it and the accounts your workspace connects. Keep patient details out of requests unless your practice has decided it’s appropriate.
• Access. Your connected mailbox and calendar work only for you.
